Our care philosophy.
Our practice is designed for individuals who value results, efficiency, and personalized care. We operate outside the insurance model to focus entirely on clinical outcomes, functional improvement, and long-term recovery — not billing codes, visit limits, or insurance restrictions.
This approach allows us to deliver care that is more individualized to your condition, lifestyle, and goals; more thorough in evaluation and re-evaluation; and focused on correcting underlying functional issues — not short-term symptom management.
While insurance-based care often emphasizes limited visits and symptom-driven authorization, our model allows for a comprehensive, goal-oriented approach tailored to each patient's condition and progress.
Payment model.
We are a cash-based practice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept HSA, FSA, and credit or debit cards.
This model allows us to spend more time with each patient, use clinically appropriate therapies without restriction, and base care on patient needs rather than insurance approval criteria.
Insurance & Medicare.
We do not participate in insurance networks. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Medicare patients: The chiropractic adjustment is frequently eligible for Medicare coverage; however, our office has elected not to participate in Medicare billing. When applicable, patients will be asked to sign an Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) acknowledging financial responsibility.
A standard reduced fee schedule of $85 per visit is available for patients aged 65 and older, covering all non-Medicare services.
Refund policy.
Care plans and treatment packages are non-refundable. Unused visits within a care plan may be applied toward future services within twelve months of purchase.
Appointments & time.
Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute increments. We prioritize starting and ending on time so that every patient receives the full visit they reserved.
Cancellation.
Please give 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full visit fee at the doctor's discretion.
Clinical expectations.
Outcomes vary by condition, consistency, and individual response. Care recommendations are based on evidence-informed clinical judgment and are not guarantees of a specific result.
